The Role


We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Midweight Motion Designer to join the dynamic team at our client's design studio. This role is pivotal in shaping the AV marketing materials through a collaborative, intelligent, and creative approach. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating impactful designs that not only resonate with audiences but also add significant value to our clients.


Candidate Profile



  • A skilled Midweight Motion Designer with a solid grasp of the creative process.

  • Exceptional conceptual and creative abilities, coupled with a genuine passion for motion design.


Essential Experience and Skills



  • Minimum 5 years of design experience in an agency, production company, studio, or broadcaster.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including After Effects and Photoshop, Cinema 4D, and related software.

  • Ability to set up projects for maximum efficiency and creativity.

  • Competence in mastering various clientsโ€™ toolkits for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Excellent decision-making skills, calm under pressure, and a strong team player.

  • Consistently high performance in a range of tasks from high-end original work to high-volume localised content.

  • Strong skills in pitching, ideation, deck building, and presentation.

  • A key contributor to the wider design team, working across departments to integrate the motion design department within the agency.

  • A keen interest in typography and animation, particularly within the entertainment advertising industry, and an awareness of broader influences.

  • Design intelligence to interpret briefs and feedback, aiming to exceed clientsโ€™ expectations.
