About the role

The motion graphic designer will work with the centre marcom and other program team members to create all external and internal motion graphics videos that align with the marcom and organisation objectives. The role involves working across all projects of programs and functions, ensuring that all the motion graphics videos are of high standards.





Strategic Design Execution



  • Support the implementation of the Organizational Communication strategy


  • Create visual concepts, engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms, Social campaigns, events, and presentations.


  • Collaborate with all program teams, and digital teams to produce cohesive and impactful motion graphic videos.


  • Adapt and finalize graphics videos based on feedback from the Design Manager and other project anchors. 


  • Influence internal behaviour change to push brand adherence and Quality standards in Communication


  • Provide support to Node and Function Communication initiatives as required 


  • Support the development of Brand-focused motion graphics approach for organizational communication requirements


  • Support full end-to-end process of creating video production for external and internal communication as required


  • Suuport on creating video Brand guidelines and standards, and support video Brand positioning exercises.


  • Adhere to the video process, workflow and Calendar


  • Support maintaining of archive of all visual assets


  • Photography and video documentation of events when as a team required.


  • Support and lead production of all film and motion graphic creation (Film editing/Animated Videos/GIFs/script/storyline/)


  • Work on all aspects of video production, including storyboarding, editing, and final output using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.


  • Create videos and manage projects based on program needs - for internal/external communication, promotions and branding


  • Provide support to package raw content in different formats for digital  media marketing


  • Develop 2D/3D animations, typography, transitions, and other design elements to be integrated into multimedia content.


  • Build templates for social media, what apps, and other mediums to ensure uniformity in design and motion graphic outputs






Operations



  • Support the Development of video Processes and guidelines for internal collaboration and work management as required


  • Participate in project reviews and functional reviews 


  • Use Jira to update weekly tasks, and other platforms to plan, and track progress against goals






Reporting



  • Submit all the relevant reports on time for monthly/Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 meetings. Ensure all the relevant data for the team is available well in time


  • Be available for regular line management meetings weekly and the appraisal processes 


  • Participate actively in the team meetings and review processes 






Brand Consistency



  • Ensure that all motion graphic videos are consistent with the organization's video branding guidelines.


  • Maintain a unified visual identity across all video production.


  • Keep updating the good particles of video process and motion graphic video making.


  • Build a repository of video templates of Lower Third, name plates, and any other relevant files.






Project Collaboration



  • Work closely with other verticals and program teams, and other designers to ensure that videos meet project objectives.


  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects.


  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.


  • Capable of doing pre-visualisation of video for any given script. 


  • Creating a film rough cut on a projects as required by team.






Quality Control



  •  Review and proof graphic videos for errors before publishing.


  •  Ensure that all final videos meet the organization's quality standards.






Continuous Improvement



  • Keep up with industry trends, motion graphic techniques, and emerging design tools to improve the quality and creativity of the content produced.


  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.










Requirements


Required attributes
 



  • Degree in Animation/Motion Graphics or, Visual Communication, or a related field.


  • 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience is preferred


  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating breadth of motion graphic capabilities, with a focus on design and art direction


  • Expert knowledge of standard design software (Adobe tools, Mac platform, etc.)


  • Expertise in either 2D, 3D or both – After Effects, Cinema 4D and/or 3DS Max


  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of collaboration


  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas


  • Action-oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results. Adept at managing multiple, concurrent and complex projects


  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment



Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 35,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
