Qualifications & Certificates:
|
- Completing a tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline.
|
Skills & Experience:
|
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the full product design lifecycle, from concept to final implementation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma to create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
- Exposure to CFD Products and financial markets.
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, with a focus on responsive design.
- Ability to translate complex financial and regulatory concepts into intuitive designs.
- Solid understanding of engineering effort or technical limitations in relation to design.
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- Track record of optimizing user experiences based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing
