We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our client's digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually compelling designs that align with the companys brand and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding and visual guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and tools into your work.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Khmer is a plus.
