Overview:
The Senior Product Designer - Design Systems plays a crucial role in our organization by leading the design and development of scalable design systems that ensure a consistent user experience across all products and platforms. This role is instrumental in driving innovation, efficiency, and brand coherence through thoughtful and cohesive design systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design scalable design systems that elevate user experience and address complex design challenges.

- Conduct comprehensive research to understand user needs and behaviors, and integrate insights into the design system development process.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on designing and implementing design systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software to create and maintain design system assets.
- Proven track record of leading complex design system projects from concept to implementation, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design system contributions.
- Proficiency in user research methodologies, user testing, and analysis to inform design decision-making within design system development.
- Strong understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design system implementation.
