We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who brings world-class Figma skills, attention to detail, and laser customer-focus to design the DataGuard platform. You will part of the Product Department working closely with our other Product Designers, Product Managers, Product Marketers, Product Engineers, customers and in-house experts. Responsibilities


  • As a Product Designer, your main responsibility is to design experiences that delight users, helping them to solve their biggest compliance challenges.
  • You design effective prototypes and flows during the Discovery phase. During Development, you refine implementation details and visual regressions with Engineering.
  • You orchestrate visual communication strategies for release. You help define, track, and analyse KPIs to measure the success and impact of product releases, and to continually optimise adoption and engagement amongst our user base.  
  • Along with other product roles, you are the go-to person to learn more about our users’ pains and needs. You conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions. 
  • You understand how and why what you design feeds into the big picture. 
  • You can effortlessly balance aesthetics and functionality and create a consistent experience across our products. You are able to multitask and create experiences under technical and time constraints.
  • At all occasions, you make sure our brand guidelines and design systems are followed across the products and continuously improve our design language.

Profile


Please provide a portfolio link which exemplifies your talent in Interface Designing with focus on consistent Design Systems.
  • Profound knowledge of Figma and creative UI/Interaction/Visual Design. 
  • A good understanding of front-end development.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • A strong knowledge of user experience design processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest trends in product design.
  • Conceptual and strategic communicator with good storytelling skills.
  • Regular user of AI to empower your daily work
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
Plus: 
  • Start-up or scale-up environment experience, especially in a growth orientated role.   
  • Working with product data platforms, e.g. Amplitude, Gainsight PX...  
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations, information security best practices or compliance frameworks
