Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the user experience.
Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Working closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX design elements.
Qualifications Experience
8+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design within the Information Technology industry.
Demonstrated expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with measurable results.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Certification required
Certification in UI/UX Design or related field is a plus.
