SaaS Talent is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and work with our exciting high growth professional services client who's focused on helping businesses achieve transformational success through innovative solutions and strategic consulting using DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). 

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, conduct user research, and validate solutions through testing.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for Salesforce applications, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform and iterate on design solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and UI patterns.

• 4-7+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in the IT Services industry with Salesforce and DocuSign experience. 
• Proven experience designing for Salesforce user setups including Salesforce DocuSign CLM. 
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• English proficiency is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English).
• Client-facing with effective communication skills for collaborating with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excited to work in an environment similar to a startup - you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
• Extremely organized and self-sufficient with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
