We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences for our digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to
understand project goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior
and preferences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that their needs and expectations are at the forefront of the design decisions.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and refine user interfaces.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user experience.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (2-5 years of experience) with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
