This role is responsible for delivering strong user interface (UI) designs that
facilitate great user experiences for digital properties and campaigns that we
produce for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create interactive experiences for users, and promote a client’s products and brand
- Create user scenarios and stories, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, final mocks, as well as style guides and pattern libraries across digital platforms
- Lead different stages of a digital project, including the development of mind maps, logic flows, functional specifications, prototypes and key-frames
- Present various aspects of the user experience to the development team, clients and stakeholders
- Track and monitor progress of development, and uphold quality of the user experience
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project managers, business teams and development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented
- Stay informed with latest digital design trends and industry best practices
- Any other duties that may be assigned that are compatible with skills and experience
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 4 years’ experience in user experience design
- A strong creative showcase portfolio is a must
- Strong knowledge of user experience design processes and methodology,
- particularly as applied to service design, digital products and creative facilitation
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and application of UX and fundamental digital design principles
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and InVision
- Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of HTML and mobile platforms such as iOS and Android
- Knowledge and experience in creating projects in e-commerce, asset management systems and B2B sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a plus
- Possess good communication skills
- Highly motivated individual and a good team player
- Willingness to learn, a positive attitude and an ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Degree or Diploma in Design or related field
