What You will be Doing
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, information architecture schematics and UI functional specification
- Assist in the development of WeChat Mini Program/App revamp to cater to mainland newcomers’ community
- Collaborate with developers to communicate design concepts and support the translation of wireframes into functional user interfaces
- Participate in user research & usability tests to validate design ideas and drive design direction
- Present design solutions to management and project stakeholders
Who is Our Right Fit
- Previous work experience in mainland China will be an advantage
- Familiar with mainland user preferences, design trends, and platform requirements
- Strong understanding and passionate about user-centric design
- Demonstrated proficiency in design principles for typography, layout, colour theory, web and mobile interface trends
- Ability to turn around rigorous wireframes and mock-ups quickly in an iterative environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, sketch etc.) or equivalent software
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision, After Effects or other prototyping tools
- Fundamental understanding of responsive web design standard methodologies
- Knowledge about HTML/CSS and app development will be an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior UI/UX Designer
