User Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Conduct in-depth user research, map out user journeys, and apply data-backed insights to create designs that solve real user problems and exceed their expectations.
- Conduct usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Conduct and lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders, business, and development teams
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Integrate AI-driven insights and tools to enhance user experience and personalisation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Axure, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in UX design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a user-centric mindset.
