Role Description






As an Intermediate UX Designer, you will work with our senior design team, to design and test information architectures for our software solutions including desktop and mobile devices.  You will use your creativity and eye for design, along with your technical knowledge to develop great user experiences.  You will collaborate with development teams and product teams to document and deliver engaging designs.  You will analyze data from user research and make decisions on how to improve a product’s design.









Responsibilities






  • Collaborate with Senior Designers, PM and Developers to develop engaging user experiences
  • Rigorously analyse business and customer needs to complete detailed design
  • Ensure the layout composition and information architecture for products and features to ensure functionality is exposed in a clear and consistent manner across all devices
  • Formulating information architecture for navigation for complex data structures
  • Participate on all facets of UX process from design to development and further to quality assurance
  • Comfortable working with design standards and design systems
  • Experience translating business requirements into wireframes, prototypes and design concept specifications
  • Creating & maintaining functional and responsive UI through custom HTML/CSS and HTML frameworks








Qualifications






  • 3 plus years of User Experience Design work
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and care for producing polished deliverables
  • Expertise in developing wireframes and prototypes
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and Sketch
  • Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Material UI and or Bootstrap is an asset
  • Experience working with React, Angular, JavaScript or similar is an asset
